Working at the Office
The Office of the Chancellor of Justice is a small work community that emphasises open discussion and interaction as well as a collaborative management approach. Everyone is encouraged to develop their own competence and expertise, and to participate in the development of the office’s activities. Staff is the most important resource of the office.
The Office of the Chancellor of Justice employs 34 staff members. The employees are divided into the following staff groups:
